Before Your Trip

How do I book a transfer?

Booking is easy and quick. Use our online booking system: select your pickup location, destination, date, and number of passengers. You'll receive instant confirmation via email with all your transfer details. If you prefer personalized help, contact us on WhatsApp.

What information do I need to book?

You'll need: arrival date and time, flight number, number of passengers, destination address or hotel name, and contact information (email and phone).

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially during peak season (December-April). However, we understand that plans can come up last minute. We can often accommodate urgent bookings — contact us on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to help you.

Day of Travel

What if my flight is delayed?

We monitor all flights in real-time, so there's no need to notify us of delays. Your driver will adjust their arrival time automatically. We'll wait up to 1 hour after your actual landing time at no extra charge. For longer delays that result in night arrivals, a 50% surcharge may apply to cover operational costs.

Where do I meet my driver?

After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, exit through the arrivals doors. Your driver will be waiting at the authorized pickup area with a sign showing your name and wearing a company uniform or ID. Terminals 2 and 4 meet at the Welcome Bar, while Terminal 3 meets at the Margaritaville Bar.

What if I can't find my driver?

Don't worry! Once you land, our operations team will send you a message via WhatsApp, SMS, or phone call with your driver's details and instructions. Keep your phone on with data or roaming enabled, and reply to our messages so we can guide you to the meeting point.

What happens after I land?

Once you land, our operations team will send you a message with instructions to reach the meeting point. Please stay in contact and reply to our messages or calls to avoid delays. This helps us coordinate your pickup and get you to your destination quickly.

What if my group arrives on different flights or terminals?

We can coordinate pickups for groups arriving on different flights. Please provide the later flight number when booking. If flights arrive at different terminals, let us know at least 24 hours in advance — a $5 USD terminal transfer fee applies for the additional stop. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking details.

Pricing & Payment

Is the price per person or per van?

Our prices are per van, not per person. The price you see is the total final amount including taxes and tolls. For group transportation, request a custom quote.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer flexible payment options: pay 20% online and the rest in cash or via payment link on arrival day, pay 100% online, or reserve now and pay later (we'll send a reminder 2 days before arrival). We accept credit cards, USD, and MXN.

Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely not. The price quoted includes everything: van, driver, flight monitoring, waiting time, luggage, tolls, and taxes. The only optional extra is tips.

Cancellations & Changes

What's your cancellation policy?

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. No-shows are non-refundable. Contact our 24/7 support team via WhatsApp, phone, or email to process your cancellation.

Can I change my booking?

Yes, you can modify your booking (date, time, destination) free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your booking reference.

Service Details

How much luggage can I bring?

Our air-conditioned vans accommodate standard luggage for all passengers (typically 1-2 bags per person). If you have special items like surfboards, golf clubs, or extra-large luggage, let us know when booking so we can ensure we have the right van ready.

Do you offer child car seats?

Yes, child seats are available free of charge. Please request one at least 2 days before your arrival so we can prepare the right seat for your child's age and size.

Can I make a quick stop on the way?

Of course! We offer a 15-minute quick stop at a convenience store upon request — perfect for picking up water, snacks, or essentials. Just let your driver know. As local experts, we can also recommend the best places to visit, eat, and explore during your stay in Cancun and the Riviera Maya.
