Is it safe to use airport transportation in Cancun?
Yes, when using authorized, reputable services. Look for companies with online reviews, transparent pricing, and proper van identification. Avoid solicitors inside the airport terminal.
How do I know if a driver is legitimate?
Legitimate drivers will have a sign with your name, company uniform or ID, and a marked van. You should have a confirmation email with driver details. Never get in an unmarked van.
What if my flight is delayed?
We monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust pickup time at no extra cost. Your driver will wait up to 60 minutes after actual landing.
Why are your prices higher than taxi drivers at the airport?
Our prices include insurance, authorized drivers, flight monitoring, and guaranteed service. Airport solicitors often quote low prices then overcharge, or take longer trips. You get what you pay for.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes! You can pay online (credit card) or in cash (USD or MXN) directly to the driver. The price is the same either way.
What's your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are charged in full.
Do you offer child car seats?
Yes, we offer free child car seats and booster seats upon request. Please specify when booking (at least 2 days before arrival) so we can have it ready.
